| Job Description | 1. You’re gonna be an employee of Teleperformance and your process will be Flipkart.
2. This is a customer service profile. This is the voice. You need to talk to flipkart’s customers over phone and help them with their queries and problems. This will be through inbound And outbound calls. 3. This will be a permanent work from home job. 4. Your monthly CTC will be 14.8k, post deduction of PF and ESI your monthly inhand salary will be between 11.6k – 11.8k. 5. This is going to be a 24×7 rotating shift. The shift timing would be 9 hours. 6. We will be working 6 days in a week and will have 1 rotational week off. 7. For this job and the training, we need strong internet connection like broadband-WIFI connection which should have at least 5 Mbps upload and download speed. Additionally, we need a laptop with Windows 10, at least 4GB RAM and at least an Intel i3 processor. For desktop, we need a webcam additionally. 8. You should have your own personal laptop as software will be installed in this laptop. 9. We won’t be able to approve any Planned Leaves in your probationary period, which is in the first 3 months. 10.Interview process will be 2 rounds Telephonic |
