Pradhana Matri Kisan 14th Installment Rules & Regulations
Only eligible people can avail the benefits of PM Kisan Yojana. Samman Nidhi payment can be received only by those farmers who cultivate their land on an area of less than 14 hectares. Besides this, the state has also revealed a list of non-beneficiaries who are ineligible for Samman Nidhi payments. Eligible candidates have already got the 13th installment and now they are waiting for the PM Kisan 14th installment date.
- Institutional landowners as producers are not eligible for benefits.
- Those who are former and present members of Lok Sabha Senate, Minister/Minister of State or Member of State Legislative Assembly are not eligible. Apart from this, members of state legislative councils, mayors of municipal corporations and presidents of district panchayats, who hold positions listed in the constitution, are also not eligible for Samman Nidhi.
- Officials working for ministries, departments, offices and present or former departments and affiliated organizations are also not included in the list.
- Individuals who get pension of Rs 10,000 or more per month are not eligible for Samman Nidhi.
Who will Get Benefit from Pradhana Mantri Samman Nadhi?
Many farmers across the country are achieving economic empowerment through Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, an initiative of the Central Government. Farmers who sign up for this program receive an annual support payment of Rs 6,000. This cash is directly transferred to the bank account of the beneficiary farmer every 3 months, in three payments of Rs 2000 each. For farmers, this amount makes it easier to pay for personal needs or buy agricultural inputs. The date for the 14th installment can be expected between July and August 2023. PM Kisan 14th Installments Challenges
PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was launched to provide financial benefits to the farmers for their development. Over the years, farmers who are eligible for the PM Kisan program have faced difficulties in receiving their installment of Rs.2000. The government has streamlined the process by KYC and other formalities. Many farmers are unable to take advantage of timely payment, especially after the 11th installment. This is due to incompleteness of e-KYC, Aadhaar seeding and land seeding processes.
Several incidents were reported after the government released the 11th installment. It was found that many people are trying to take advantage of PM Kisan Pay of Rs 2,000 in wrong way. This is making the process more challenging. As thousands of farmers were found ineligible in different parts of the country, the government made e-KYC and verification of land records mandatory.
Verification for the PM Kisan samman nidhi 14th Installment
Due to loopholes, many farmers could not get their verification done. This happened when the government decided to remove the names of more than 1 crore farmers from the list. Due to this, many farmers have not been able to get the benefit of 12th and 13th installments, while 13 installments have been released. However, these payments have not been stopped. All payments will be processed in full after verification is complete.

Those who are expecting the amount to come in their bank account can check the official website for the announcement of 14th installment. The 14th installment is expected to come between July and August 2023. Probably it will come in the account of farmers by July 2023.
PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will not include professionals like doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants and architects as beneficiaries. The main goal of this program is to provide financial relief to the farmers and their families by providing some amount in the form of Samman Nidhi.
